Braden is an associate lawyer at Lamont Law and exclusively practices in personal injury law. 

Braden is known for his personable and charismatic style inside and outside of the courtroom which helps him deliver efficient and favourable results for his clients. 

Braden graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science from King’s University College in 2018. He earned his law degree from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, in 2021. Braden was called to the Bar in 2022.

Prior to joining Lamont Law, Braden articled and worked with a well-known insurance defence firm in Hamilton. This experience gives him valuable insight into how insurance companies operate and deal with personal injury matters. 

Braden uses his expertise in insurance law to advocate for the rights of injured people in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as at various tribunals across Ontario.

Braden is passionate about the Hamilton community. He serves on the Hamilton Law Association New Lawyers’ Subcommittee and the John Sopinka United Way Committee. Braden is also a member of the Hamilton Lawyers Club, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
